The holdings of our service were searched with the help of various keyword combinations, in order to find relevant bibliographic information.

Several on-line databases were searched for relevant articles.

Discussions with our experts helped us identify sources of experiences and case studies.

A general Internet search was conducted.

We have also received some hints from our InfoResources partners, who were informed about this search request.

3. Delivering the information

The results of our search were sent per email. They were accompanied by comments, abstracts and availability options whenever the material was not directly available from the Internet. Even if the specified language was French, some sources in English were also included.
